▷ Cancellation of orders

You can cancel your order before it is shipped.

*We cannot accept cancellations after shipment.

Kanto area is 800 yen.

For other regions, please refer to the page on the notation based on the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions .

Shipping is free for purchases of 15,000 yen (including tax) or more.

▷ About return method

About Refunds We cannot respond to any returns or exchanges due to customer reasons.

If you receive a product that is different from the product you applied for, or if there is a product defect such as damage or stains, we will take care of it.
Please contact us within 7 days after the product arrives.
